Hey guys!  We are starting some new things this week. 

  1. We will be holding Social Studies ZOOM classes weekly on Wednesday afternoons at 2:00-2:30.  
    1. Our ZOOM classes will be in conjunction with Coach Toms’s 7th Grade classes
    2. You can download the ZOOM app on your phone or you can access it on a computer  
    3. Locate “Join a Meeting”  and enter the following information:
      1. Meeting ID: 865 328 2200
      2. Password: CMS2020 
  1. I will also have the following office hours in which you can contact me via email  ( with any questions you might have.

    Office Hours: MWF 8:30-10:30 AM

    I will be available during these hours to answer/respond to emails.  Grades, assignments, how-tos, or anything else you need to speak with me about.  

  2. There is also a bonus opportunity available.  It will be worth 100 BONUS points.  The parish has decided to average your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd  9 weeks grades to get your 4th 9 weeks grade. The bonus points you earn will be averaged in with the 3rd 9 weeks grade.

Good Morning, guys! I hope you are well and staying safe ( and at home!).  Looks like we will be here at least until the end of the month.

I have received some emails indicating that the links are not working.  So….. I want you to go directly to EdPuzzle (, and log in using your google account (see below for classroom codes) (  I have included a chronological order list for you to go by.

I have created an assignment on Google Classroom for a review of the Civil War.  We were just finishing with the last few battles.  The assignment is ‘Civil War Review’ under Classwork.  There are 6 EdPuzzle videos to watch.  You should be familiar with the format.
